📋 Description

• Responsible for building and leading a high-performing, collaborative, customer-focused sales team • Create complete business plans for designated product/markets that are aligned to commercial strategy • Provide leadership and strategic direction to first line leadership sales team • Create, drive and communicate a customer-centric sales force • Fosters innovation in sales approaches and practices • Accountable for zone or national performance objectives

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree AND 17+ years of progressive leadership experience in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales management • Experience in building/expanding and leading a pharmaceutical/biotech sales force during rapid growth • MBA preferred AND 15+ years of related experience OR PhD preferred AND 12+ years of related experience • Proven ability to set and achieve challenging business objectives • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a motor vehicle are required
