📋 Description

• Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations. • Develop an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria. • Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality. • Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care. • Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of clinical team. • Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant and active LPC licensed in PA • Certified and / or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills and critical analysis. • Flexibility and ability to adjust to needs of clinic partners (e.g., same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.) • Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and concurrent documentation
