📋 Description
• Responsible for the development of new business with potential customers • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with prospects and customers • Work closely with referral sources to develop insurance options • Evaluate customers' needs and propose risk management strategies • Maintain production pipeline records in CRM systems • Develop and process new leads in CRM system • Utilize dashboards and reporting to provide progress metrics • Participate in campaigns via CRM provided by marketing team • Constantly update job knowledge through sales development training
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in insurance or marine industry roles • Resident Property & Casualty agent license required • Experience and understanding of Applied EPIC, CRM systems • Pro-active, organized, results driven • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
