• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and university medical centers in your region • Conduct regular visits to wards and specialty departments to support medical staff and present products • Analyze customer needs and advise on practical, regulatory-compliant product solutions • Analyze territory performance and identify growth and development opportunities • Introduce NUK MedicPro products in facilities currently using competitor products • Represent the brand at conferences, events, and professional meetings • Communicate market and customer insights to internal teams • Independently plan and organize your sales territory, including travel
• Minimum: experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector • Confident interaction and communication with medical professionals across different hierarchy levels • Excellent written and spoken German • Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Valid driver's license, high willingness to travel, and occasional overnight stays
