📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support across client infrastructure, network, and IT environments. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, configure, and upgrade hardware, systems, and network infrastructure. • Investigate complex technical issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions. • Partner with clients to understand business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions. • Deliver infrastructure projects, including solution design, requirements gathering, implementation planning, and deployment. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system designs. • Monitor system performance, review logs, and manage incidents to ensure optimal service delivery. • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support successful client outcomes. • Act as a senior escalation point, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members. • Support solution architecture, technical pre-sales activities, and proposal development. • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and ongoing professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 5+ years' experience in a Senior Engineer role, with a proven track record designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure, networking, and security solutions. • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. • Experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VRRP), SD-WAN, and security appliances. • Demonstrated success delivering IT infrastructure projects and supporting complex server environments. • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor junior engineers and act as a technical escalation point. • Client-focused, highly organized, and committed to continuous learning and professional development. • Industry certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Sophos, Citrix, or similar).
