📋 Description

• Take responsibility for both feature delivery and team development. • Work closely and productively with the product owner, scrum master, and quality team to prioritize work, manage scope, and ensure sprint goals are met. • Partner with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to maintain a healthy, well-refined backlog that balances feature work, technical debt, and engineering initiatives. • Set goals, provide feedback, and coach engineers in their growth. Create an environment where continuous learning and improvement are core to the team’s identity. • Advocate for clean, maintainable code and sound software design. Participate in design reviews and encourage high engineering standards across the stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience, preferably in SaaS and full-stack environments. • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and modern engineering practices. • A blend of empathy and accountability—you care about people and know how to drive results. • A collaborative mindset—you’re a team player who works well across roles and functions. • Experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript is a plus. • **Nice to have** • Prior experience managing engineers in an agile environment. • Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React. • Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar). • Familiarity with test automation and CI/CD best practices.
