📋 Description

• Lead AQA efforts on the project • Developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of the application • Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure that the application meets business and user needs • Creating and maintaining test automation frameworks • Developing and maintaining test plans and test cases • Participating in code reviews and ensuring that the codebase meets quality and performance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automated testing • Minimum of 5 years of experience using TypeScript/JavaScript testing frameworks • Experience in creating and maintaining automated test suites • Experience with Playwright • Ability to understand and create test plans from requirements • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to implement a mature test automation suite without much guidance • Experience working in Agile environment and ability to perform own work without much guidance • Proactive and delivery-oriented mindset • As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company • Nice to have: Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React • Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices • Experience in the US healthcare industry • Experience with UM, Prior Auth, drug formularies, member eligibility
