📋 Description

• Perform accounting entries and reconciliations of general ledger accounts • Assist in the calculation and filing of direct and indirect taxes • Support the submission of statutory filings and tax reports (SPED, DCTF, EFD, among others) • Monitor invoices (notas fiscais) and perform tax analysis • Support monthly accounting and tax close processes • Assist with audits and tax inspections when required

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields (in progress or completed) • Knowledge of accounting and tax routines • Familiarity with statutory filings and tax legislation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude • Analytical skills and attention to detail • Organized and able to work in a team • Prior experience with ERP systems — experience with Sapiens ERP is a plus • Advanced English is a plus
