• Creates strategic plans for Payment Processing for Newfold • Handles escalations to vendors • Responsible for monitoring compliance across financial systems • Identify and drive teams to resolve discrepancies within the financial systems • Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, failures, and discrepancies • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Customer Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues • Analyze payment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in payment processing, financial operations, or banking • Familiarity with payment systems and networks (e.g., WorldPay, NACHA, PayPal, PayU, Visa/MC, RTP) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP or payment platforms (e.g., Oracle, WorldPay, WorkDay, Stripe, Fiserv) • Knowledge of payment compliance standards and regulatory frameworks • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification
