• Define and communicate a clear vision and multi-year strategy for add-on/partner offerings • Own the full suite of add-on and partner-integrated products • Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure seamless execution • Integrate user and partner feedback, market demands, and technical feasibility to drive product features • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team • Define and monitor KPIs for product adoption, partner engagement, customer satisfaction • Oversee budgets and resource allocation • Regularly update executive leadership and C-suite partners on portfolio strategy • Foster a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation.
• Proven senior product management experience with a focus on ecosystem, add-on, or partner-based technology product portfolios • Demonstrable track record of success in new product strategy, development, launch, and partner engagement • Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional team-building skills • In-depth understanding of software/platform businesses, partner ecosystems, and competitive market trends • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and analytical ability • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
