📋 Description

• Architect and build high-performance, production-grade user interfaces with React, Redux or similar state management, and TypeScript • Use AI across the delivery lifecycle and establish guardrails for generated-code review, provenance, licensing, and customer-data prompts • Design and build front-end interfaces integrating AI-powered features such as chat, content generation, and smart recommendations • Own performance, scalability, and reliability of high-traffic customer-facing applications • Partner with product, design, and backend engineering teams to take features from concept to production • Set and enforce frontend engineering standards for component reuse, design-system consistency, testing coverage, and code review • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on architecture, debugging, and modern React patterns • Drive continuous delivery and iterative releases based on real user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping modern, production-grade web applications at scale • Deep expertise in React, Redux/modern state management, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience using AI across the delivery lifecycle, selecting models for appropriate problems, reviewing AI-generated code, and establishing AI guardrails • Knowledge of generated-code review expectations, provenance and licensing checks, customer-data prompt boundaries, and security or compliance review requirements • Experience integrating REST APIs and working within microservices-based architectures • Experience with Jest/Cypress testing frameworks • Experience building or maintaining component libraries and design systems • Track record of owning technical outcomes end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Experience operating in a high-scale SaaS or consumer platform environment • Next.js experience is a bonus • Prior work integrating LLM-powered or AI-driven product features is a bonus
