• Day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. • Strategic development of the home and contributing to the wider ARC project's growth. • Leadership and support for the staff team, driving continuous improvement in standards and practice. • Crucial decision-making regarding the welfare of the children and the support provided by the staff. • Working as part of the Senior Management Team, and leading the care division in achieving the company’s strategic vision and operational priorities.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or equivalent, or working towards it). • A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. • A minimum of two years' experience of working in a residential childcare setting. • A minimum of two years' experience in a managerial position (Deputy Managers and Team Leaders will be considered). • A full understanding of relevant children’s home legislation and regulations. • Resilient and able to work under pressure, making informed decisions in challenging situations. • An excellent communicator, proficient in both verbal and written formats. • A committed team player. • Mature, responsible, and level-headed.
