• Manage a high-volume family-based immigration caseload from intake through resolution • Handle cases related to T-Visa and U-Visa • Draft, review, and finalize application packets according to firm standards • Ensure all required evidence is included and quality-controlled • Conduct client interview appointments and prepare clients and documentation for USCIS interviews • Respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence within strict deadlines • Process revision returns and manage client callbacks • Communicate clearly with clients, explain processes, and manage expectations • Maintain accurate, organized case files in the firm's legal database
• Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience with T-Visa, U-Visa, VAWA and other types of Visas • Expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions • Demonstrated ability to manage complex case types and meet strict deadlines independently • Fluent bilingual English–Spanish required • Exceptional communication and client-service skills with high attention to detail • Proficiency with legal case management systems; Filevine experience preferred • Reliable high-speed internet, reliable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera required
