• Process daily high-volume correspondence from USCIS and immigration courts • Digitally route correspondence to the appropriate internal case files and assign tasks to the correct legal team members • Maintain absolute accuracy in the firm’s case management system (Filevine) • Review incoming notices against original filings to verify data accuracy • Work closely with the internal Post-Filing and Legal Operations teams to ensure seamless communication
• +3 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal or Legal Assistant • Deep familiarity with immigration notice structures (Form I-797, receipt numbers, priority dates, and biometric scheduling) • Exceptional data entry skills and a commitment to accuracy when handling sensitive client documents • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
