📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism. • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help. • Convert qualified leads into consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach. • Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call metrics. • Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion. • Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system. • Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the client journey and sales strategy. • Go the extra mile to engage and support clients who need hope and clarity.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of successful SALES experience (preferably service-based). • SALES with Strong customer service background with excellent phone communication skills. • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Ability to work evenings/weekends if client demand requires. • Reliable home office setup (computer, headset, camera, internet).
