📋 Description

• Create and perform short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts • Shoot and edit content using your phone (and Adobe suite when necessary) • Turn briefs into engaging, high-performing video content for clients • Add creative value through effects, music, voice-over and transitions • Propose content ideas grounded in social trends and audience insights • Develop content mock-ups and creative examples for strategy sessions and pitches • Maintain ongoing monitoring of trends, formats and platform best practices • Define content quality standards • Mentor junior profiles and contribute to the team's creative thinking

🎯 Requirements

• Natural confidence on camera, whether presenting, acting or adapting trends • Ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos with your phone, with a strong sense of pacing and storytelling • Proficiency with mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.) and basic Adobe tools (Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus) • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Shorts, and the audience behaviors specific to each platform • Ability to anticipate trends: sounds, effects, formats, filters
