⢠This is a remote position. ⢠Join Our Team as a Change Manager. ⢠Lead digital transformation initiatives in the telecommunications sector. ⢠Travel 50% of the time to Africa (Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, Kenya). ⢠6-month contract with potential extension. ⢠Requires a valid passport. ⢠Key responsibilities: Lead Change Initiatives; Stakeholder Management; Change Management Methodologies; Training Program Development; Organizational Change Track Record.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in Digital Transformation Projects: A minimum of 5 years ⢠Analytical Skills ⢠Business Process Modelling ⢠BSS Domain Knowledge ⢠Agile Methodologies ⢠Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. ⢠A valid passport is required for the contract. ⢠Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French, Swahili, or Portuguese is an advantage
