📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Join Our Team as a Change Manager. • Lead digital transformation initiatives in the telecommunications sector. • Travel 50% of the time to Africa (Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, Kenya). • 6-month contract with potential extension. • Requires a valid passport. • Key responsibilities: Lead Change Initiatives; Stakeholder Management; Change Management Methodologies; Training Program Development; Organizational Change Track Record.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Digital Transformation Projects: A minimum of 5 years • Analytical Skills • Business Process Modelling • BSS Domain Knowledge • Agile Methodologies • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. • A valid passport is required for the contract. • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French, Swahili, or Portuguese is an advantage
