📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Circle Tel is a fast-growing startup serving the South African SMME market with affordable, resilient connectivity and IT solutions. • We are seeking an ambitious, early mid-career Partner & Sales Manager to help us build and manage sales channels, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in our startup phase. • This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility as we scale.
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience). • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, channel/partner management, or business development (ICT/tech sector preferred but not required). • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Passion for technology and supporting small businesses is a plus.
🏖️ Benefits
• Base Salary: R300,000 – R400,000 per annum (market-related for entry to early mid-career, reflecting startup phase) • Performance Bonus: Linked to achievement of sales and partnership KPIs. • Benefits: Flexible work arrangements; opportunity for rapid career growth as the company scales.
