• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to Peer Support Specialists delivering behavioral health and recovery-based services • Ensure services are recovery-focused, strengths-based, and trauma-informed • Review documentation for clinical appropriateness, compliance, and quality • Approve service plans and clinical documentation as required • Ensure adherence to North Carolina service definitions and state regulations • Monitor service delivery for ethical and professional standards • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal behavioral health regulations • Support professional growth and continuing education
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina license • Minimum 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience • Experience supervising behavioral health staff or peer support providers • Strong knowledge of Medicaid, documentation standards, and compliance requirements in North Carolina • Ability to provide virtual supervision and clinical oversight
