📋 Description

• Conducting remote mental health therapy to working adults • Deliver all direct therapy via a virtual platform, using teleconferencing applications such as Zoom/Google Meet/WebEx • Document client goals, treatment progress, and assessments for reporting and measurement of progress at the conclusion of each therapy session • Monitor NLT email address and calendar daily for appointments and communications from NLT staff and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC • A minimum of 3 years of experience (post internship) providing direct therapy to adults • Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week (evenings and weekends acceptable) • Experience and comfort utilizing Measurement Based Care, administering online assessments, and maintaining thorough SOAP notes via an online platform • Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment and be able to manage multiple assignments/clients
