📋 Description

• The therapist in this position will be responsible for conducting remote mental health therapy for children and adults. • All direct therapy will be delivered via a virtual platform; therefore the candidate must be comfortable and knowledgeable of teleconferencing applications such as Zoom/Google Meet/WebEx. • Documentation of client goals, treatment progress, and assessments is expected for reporting and measurement of progress at the conclusion of each therapy session. • The candidate will be provided with a TalkNYC! email address consistently for appointments and communications from staff and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• LMHC or MHC-LP (or working towards MHC-LP) • Complete progress notes and updated calendar within 24 hours of time of service. • Provide initial intake, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans and progress notes. • Maintain client’s charts and keep complete and correct documentation • Case management including care coordination, collaborating with referral sources and connecting clients to care. • Participate weekly in mandatory supervision.
