📋 Description

• You will support our team with a wide range of tasks across the design process • Contribute to all phases of the user-centered design process • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD or similar) and design-system components • Visualize user journeys, personas and customer journey maps • Organize and conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and data analysis • Assist in the (re-)design of complex tools and dashboards • Help plan and facilitate digital ideation workshops (e.g., with FigJam) • Prepare and present UX reports and testing results • Create content for presentations, webinars, online courses and blog posts • Support content production (e.g., video scripts, visual storytelling, slide decks) • Assist with community management and with organizing course programs

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying UX or media design, media management, marketing, communications or media studies, computer science, or have a comparable qualification • Basic knowledge of user experience principles and experience with common design and prototyping tools; experience in video production and editing is an advantage • Initial experience with design software, especially Figma, as well as interaction design and information architecture • Strong interest in usability and conversion best practices and current trends, apps and tools • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Excellent team player with empathy and outstanding social skills
