📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers • Develop project professional services for customers • Implement and develop customizations based on functional and technical requirements • Apply leading practices and internal code standards to large-scale, complex professional services projects • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on ServiceNow platform issues • Troubleshoot and resolve ITSM, HAM, SAM integrations, portal, and other ServiceNow module issues • Support and maintain ServiceNow modules • Support and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems • Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions • Participate in platform upgrades, clone, patching, and performance optimization initiatives • Document technical solutions, workflows, and issue resolutions • Perform deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow SAM/HAM • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of ServiceNow platform issues • Experience troubleshooting ITSM, HAM, SAM integrations, portal, and ServiceNow modules • Experience supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules • Experience supporting and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and end users to understand requirements • Knowledge of platform upgrades, clone, patching, and performance optimization • Adherence to ServiceNow development and configuration best practices • Technical documentation skills • Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification • Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS - ITSM certification
