📋 Description

• Act as an intermediary between business and technical teams. • Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans. • Plan project stages, assess business implications, and monitor progress. • Assign resources, timelines, and schedules. • Lead crew and customer meetings. • Oversee project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope. • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies. • Utilize Agile and iterative project methodologies. • Develop/update project plans with objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing. • Monitor milestones and deliverables; resolve project issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of business-related experience • Minimum of 7 years in technology Project/Program management • Highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong facilitation skills • Strong attention to detail • Experience leading and motivating a team • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field • PMP certification preferred • Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred
