📋 Description

• Manage the accounting function • Prepare bookkeeping for the tax advisor • Serve as the point of contact for the tax advisor • Prepare outgoing invoices and review incoming and outgoing invoices • Correspond with suppliers and customers • Manage payment transactions • Prepare and analyze key figures, statistics and reports • General administrative tasks • Provide assistance to management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in accounting • Completed commercial/business vocational training • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) • Knowledge of Italian is a plus • Organized and able to work independently • Proficient in MS Office applications
