• Take responsibility for bookkeeping • Prepare accounting records for the tax advisor • Serve as the contact person for the tax advisor • Create outgoing invoices and review incoming and outgoing invoices • Correspond with suppliers and customers • Manage payment transactions • Prepare and analyze key figures, statistics and reports • General administrative tasks • Assist the management team with various tasks
• Experience or knowledge in accounting • Completed commercial vocational training • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) • Italian language skills are an advantage • Structured and independent working style • Confident user of MS Office programs
• Flexible part-time position of 20–35 hours per week • Dynamic, growing team in a pleasant international environment • Flat hierarchy • Currently we all work from home, but in the future we plan to work together at an office location in Vienna approximately 2 days per week
