📋 Description

• Help scope, technically assess, plan, and deliver signin/registration flow features • Manage the UI for internal tools that deal with the management of users • Oversee displays and interactions relating to rostering, directory, and organization of users • Advise and consult with the Team Lead on FE impacts and updates for projects • Consult with team lead and PM in scoping, grooming, and delivery of User Management Team projects • Work in a fast-paced environment manipulating different types of content and text data • Contribute as a key software development team member: write quality code and automated tests to assure design and quality • Own delivery of features independently and provide input for scoping and design • Work with lead engineer to break down bodies of work, groom tickets, and organize sprints to ensure delivery • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to refine ambiguous goals into iterative work items

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development working in a SaaS environment with backend developers • At least 3+ years of experience working as a senior member of a team • 5 years work of ReactJS experience and can leverage Javascript conventions • Typescript knowledge not required but preferred • Working knowledge and ability to leverage semantic HTML, responsive CSS, and FE design patterns • Experience with accessibility guidelines for FE work and AWS is a plus • High understanding of modern web app architecture and web fundamentals • High understanding of developer tooling and unit test writing • Experience with incorporating and working with REST API’s • Good understanding of relational databases and how to read API endpoints and explore data relationships • Experience working on a fullstack team preferred • Demonstrated understanding of how to scope and groom FE elements in large multi-system projects and Front End architecture • Thorough understanding of REST API’s and optimization for Front end layouts; caching and render problem solving for progressive web apps • Ability to test and diagnose issues with data, API endpoints, troubleshoot logs and errors through the stack • Demonstrated ability to interrogate designs for technical issues and incorporate API endpoints • Ability to scope, groom, and deliver features; break down work, groom tickets, and organize sprints
