📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality test coverage on time using AI tools to accelerate automation development • Build and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites across UI, API, and service layers • Own test planning and execution from story validation through production release support • Test and validate internally-built LLMs and external AI tools and services • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to identify quality risks and define testable acceptance criteria • Serve as the quality advocate within the scrum team and provide technical testing guidance • Communicate test status, coverage gaps, release risk, and defect trends to stakeholders • Establish and follow best practices for defect documentation, triage, and tracking • Use AI tooling to assist with issue detection, reproduction, and resolution • Mentor mid-level quality engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and hands-on guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software testing and QA experience within an Agile Scrum environment • 5+ years building test frameworks with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python • Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO or Playwright • Capability across manual, exploratory, regression, integration, API/services, and database testing • Understanding of Git branching strategies, PR workflows, and incremental CI/CD deployment pipelines • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot • Ability to participate actively in scrum ceremonies, surface release risks and defect trends, and handle production escalation support • Industry experience in EdTech, SaaS/B2B software, or e-learning/online education platforms • Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Selenium • Experience with Jest, Vitest, or Mocha • Experience with k6, JMeter, or Locust • Test execution via GitHub Actions and AWS • Experience with Datadog, Sentry, or New Relic • Test management using TestRail, Jira, Xray, or Zephyr • Successful completion of a background check
