• Responsible for commissioning robot-based machine vision systems at customer sites worldwide • Planning, installation and maintenance of robot inline measurement cells in automotive body production • Programming robots for new and existing machine vision systems • Conducting acceptance tests of the measurement systems in close coordination with the customer • Preparing acceptance documentation and providing customer instruction/handover
• Degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or a technical apprenticeship with practical experience in a related field • Strong experience in robot programming (e.g., KUKA, FANUC or ABB) • Knowledge of coordinate metrology and machine vision is desirable • Good written and spoken German and English skills • Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips domestically and internationally
