âą Research, break and write daily news stories on the global re/insurance industry âą Produce insightful features based on financial results, market developments and company strategy âą Develop original editorial ideas and investigative angles âą Interview senior executives and industry leaders âą Translate complex financial data and company announcements into clear editorial coverage âą Contribute to newsletters and digital editorial output âą Work closely with the Editor to maintain high editorial standards
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ yearsâ experience in journalism, ideally covering business, finance, insurance, or another complex B2B sector âą Proven experience writing fast, accurate news stories for professional audiences âą Demonstrable ability to generate original story ideas and angles âą Experience interpreting financial data, company results and market reports âą Confidence interviewing senior executives and industry sources âą Experience working remotely and managing deadlines independently âą Fluent written and spoken English
