📋 Description

• Disrupt expert research the way Uber disrupted the taxi industry, the way AirBnB... - you know what we mean • Understand client end-goals and research objectives, develop research plans, and develop interview guides and/or surveys that address client needs to make better business decisions • Analyze survey results, prepare and present visually-strong reports that synthesize insights into actionable recommendations (conducting qualitative interviews / moderation is nice to have) • Communicate research methodologies and results to various client stakeholders – from C-suite executives to junior team members • Manage and oversee associates working on client engagements • Aid in driving revenue generation from new and existing partners • Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering all imaginable sectors of expertise, geographies, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of professional work experience • You are a market research expert, research professional at a leading market research company • Strong understanding of technical research methodologies (Conjoints, MaxDiff, etc.) • Rockstar project manager who has the ability to juggle multiple projects at once • Proficiency in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support marketing, product development, and strategic planning efforts • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively • A strategic thinker with a passion for understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior • Have a bachelor's degree and or greater in a relevant field of study
