📋 Description

• Work in the Change Management process; • Validate Change Requests according to the defined process, following documented criteria and ensuring the required quality; • Monitor the Change Request queue, observing deadlines defined and agreed with the client, and track the backlog and pending items; • Generate and analyze process performance indicators (CSLs and KPIs) and management information according to templates;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in Process Management will be a differential; • Basic knowledge of Technology Infrastructure (Networks, Servers, Applications) is desirable; • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; • ITIL certification is desirable; • Fluent Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking);
