📋 Description

• Provide consulting services and implement the SGU GPL Billing module; • Negotiate processes, deadlines, task changes, training and project documentation with the client; • Assist in process mapping, deliver user training, and oversee all stages of the implementation, ensuring effective communication between the client and the involved team; • Participate in regular meetings to maintain continuous project alignment and prepare planned work roadmaps, optimizing activities; • Monitor schedules, control deadlines and deliverables, and perform post-implementation follow-up to ensure appropriate use of products and services; • Stay up to date with legal requirements that affect the product, assess their impact and promote necessary adjustments. Perform related activities as directed by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of billing processes: subscription/monthly billing, co-participation (cost-sharing) billing, and the legislation and legal obligations of operators before ANS; • Familiarity with the Unimed system; • Experience with the SGU system; • Strong communication, collaboration and proactivity skills;
