📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and epics • Support project initiation, effort estimation, and solution definition • Facilitate workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and stakeholder meetings • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders • Own and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Manage documentation in Jira and Confluence • Monitor scope changes and assess their impact on project delivery • Support risk, dependency, and issue management • Contribute to data model design and solution definition • Support UX/UI discussions and prepare low-fidelity wireframes when required • Promote efficient use of AI tools and agents • Coach and mentor junior consultants • Contribute to internal training and consulting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Czechia • Advanced spoken and written English communication skills (B2/C1) • University degree in any field; computer science or business administration preferred • Strong experience with MS Office, especially DOC, XLS, PPT, and MPP • Practical experience and knowledge of Agile project management using Scrum • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language • Strong negotiating skills and emotional intelligence • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Ability to understand and cooperate on UX/UI • Ability to prepare at least low-fidelity wireframes for parts of a UI • Skills in using AI tools and agents efficiently • Experienced senior-level business consulting background
