⢠Actively acquire new customers in your assigned territory ⢠Conduct sales meetings and advise our customers on-site ⢠Present our products/services and explain their features and benefits ⢠Implement measures to increase market share in the region ⢠Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and excellent service ⢠Continuously monitor the market and identify sales potential ⢠Work collaboratively with the sales team, internal service/field support and other departments to handle customer requests efficiently and ensure smooth order processing.
⢠Completed vocational or professional training ⢠Several years of experience in field sales with good numerical/financial acumen ⢠Experience in sales, ideally with knowledge of the Swiss market ⢠An existing network within the SME sector is an advantage and facilitates onboarding ⢠Technical understanding / technical aptitude ⢠Native-level French and German; any additional national language is an advantage ⢠Commercially-minded, motivated and outgoing personality with excellent presentation, trustworthiness and strong communication skills ⢠Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative ⢠Result-oriented working style ⢠Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude and interest in technical products ⢠Flexibility and mobility (Category B driving licence required)
