📋 Description
• First point of contact for customers for technical support – by phone and on site • Installation, commissioning and maintenance of vehicle testing equipment • Fault analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic components • Performing quality inspections • Supporting the development department with technical expertise and providing training
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trade field (e.g., mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering) • Enjoy working with customers and as part of a team • Willingness to travel and valid Class B driver’s license • Good German and English language skills • PC literate with confident handling of technical documentation
