📋 Description

• Be the first line of defense • Answer IT support requests via email, chat, and phone. • Solve tech problems fast • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues to keep our team moving. • Keep our systems running • Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals. • Manage user accounts & permissions • Administer systems like Active Directory and Office 365. • Enhance security & efficiency • Apply security updates, follow IT best practices, and educate users. • Document solutions • Keep clear records of troubleshooting steps and system changes. • Work with a collaborative IT team • Escalate complex issues and contribute to process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (IT coursework or degree is a plus). • 1+ years of IT support experience (Help Desk, Desktop Support, or equivalent). • IT Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar preferred). • Experience with customer service & technical troubleshooting you know how to keep users happy.
