📋 Description

• Investigate customer cases and issues surfaced by Ops and L1 teams from initial investigation through root cause and fix • Drive technical resolutions with engineering teams that own the code • Investigate logs, connectors, the Nexla environment, and relevant issues using Python or shell scripts • Document known and newly discovered solutions in the knowledge base • Publish Global Alerts and visibility updates to Sales and Customer Success for issues affecting more than one customer • Provide clear updates through email, tickets, Slack, and calls • Support customers through product releases • Diagnose issues across third-party APIs, malformed files, expired authentication tokens, schemas, and external systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in data engineering, technical support, or a closely related role • Strong Python • Solid SQL and hands-on experience with databases: Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server • Experience with REST APIs and authentication including OAuth2, SSO, and token-based authentication • Comfortable on both Linux and Windows • Experience with CSV, XML, JSON, and Parquet data formats • Use of AI tools in actual work, with the ability to explain where they help and mislead • Apache Airflow is a bonus • Previous support or on-call rotation experience is a bonus • Data integration, ETL, or iPaaS background is a bonus
