📋 Description
• Facilitar y liderar reuniones de equipos ágiles, como las reuniones diarias de Scrum, las retrospectivas y las revisiones de sprint. • Ayudar a definir y mantener un flujo de trabajo eficiente utilizando herramientas y prácticas ágiles, como tableros de Kanban. • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo para garantizar la entrega de productos de alta calidad en los plazos establecidos. • Fomentar la mejora continua y la adopción de mejores prácticas en el desarrollo de software ágil. • Colaborar con otros Scrum Masters y líderes de equipos para compartir conocimientos y experiencias.
🎯 Requirements
• Senoriti Ssr • Experiencia práctica trabajando como Scrum Master, preferiblemente en entornos de desarrollo de software. • Experiencia demostrable en el manejo y la implementación de metodologías ágiles, especialmente Scrum y Kanban. • Conocimiento detallado y sólido de la base de datos Postgres y su uso en proyectos de desarrollo de software.
