📋 Description

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to navigate ambiguity and shape solutions • Take initiative and help define what needs to be done • Lead problem discovery, not just solution design • Conduct continuous, lightweight discovery and rapid experiments • Build prototypes and validate design decisions before development • Talk to users through low-effort, AI-assisted research activities • Design AI-native experiences that build trust while accounting for hallucinations, latency, and model limitations • Think system-first to ensure a coherent and consistent product ecosystem • Ship imperfect MVPs in small increments and continuously improve using user feedback while maintaining the long-term product vision • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and quality standards • Share feedback, improve design patterns, and help scale the overall product experience

🎯 Requirements

• Proven startup experience, with ability to adapt and drop rigid processes • Experience designing AI-powered or complex systems, with a systems-thinking approach • Clear communication and ability to explain trade-offs, constraints, and design reasoning • Ability to identify key assumptions and validate them through experiments, prototypes, or user insights • Experience defining success metrics and using real product data to guide design iteration • Hands-on experience with user research, analytics, usability testing, user interviews, or related UX research techniques • Ability to drive the design process independently while collaborating with the team • Focus on user problems and organizational outcomes, not only UI deliverables • Basic technical understanding and familiarity with modern web technologies • Strong curiosity about AI and UX approaches that make AI systems understandable and trustworthy • Portfolio highlighting complex SaaS products, multi-step user workflows, and mobile applications • End-to-end product design case studies highly appreciated • Active utilization of AI tools is a bonus
