📋 Description

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance cost, quality, yield, productivity, and process robustness within the Mold process • Develop, optimize, and implement Mold processes using statistical tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and structured problem-solving methodologies • Drive investigations and corrective actions for customer complaints, production issues, OQA findings, and other Mold-related quality concerns • Own Mold yield performance by monitoring visual and mechanical defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring process stability • Develop and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and standardized workflows • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment specifications, process standardization, customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites • Conduct technical training, share best practices, and support the competency development of Mold Process Engineers • Support production continuity and achieve business KPIs by driving process optimization and ensuring zero Mold process-related customer complaints

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering • At least 8 years of experience in Semiconductor Assembly Engineering, preferably in Mold Process Engineering • Strong technical knowledge of Mold processes, Mold equipment, tooling, process controls, and Epoxy Molding Compound (EMC) materials • Proficiency in statistical analysis and engineering tools such as Minitab, JMP, SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, and structured problem-solving techniques • Experience driving process optimization, yield improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Customer-focused mindset with strong leadership potential
