• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics based on Workday data. • Use AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to enhance reporting, analysis, and data interpretation. • Translate complex HR data into clear insights and compelling visualizations. • Act as a trusted partner for HR leadership and HR Business Partners globally. • Present data, trends, and insights confidently to senior stakeholders. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across global HR reporting. • Continuously improve reporting standards, automation, and analytics capabilities.
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or adjacent. • Experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis, ideally in a global HR environment. • Strong hands‑on experience with Workday reporting and dashboards. • AI‑savvy mindset, with first practical experience using tools such as Copilot. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including data presentation. • Ability to explain data clearly to non‑technical audiences. • Structured, analytical, and detail‑oriented working style.
