📋 Description

• Support the IT Cyber Security Division and other business units by managing procurement processes. • Monitor contract renewals, track expenditures, and support consultant onboarding activities. • Provide financial and operational analysis and ensure data accuracy. • Create and process requisitions within PeopleSoft Procurement modules. • Monitor active software licensing and support compliance with procurement policies. • Assist management with financial analysis, contract reviews, and procurement planning initiatives. • Generate reports related to procurement activity and departmental budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered. • 1–3+ years of experience supporting procurement, financial analysis, budgeting, contract administration, or business operations. • Experience working with: • PeopleSoft Procurement and Financial Modules • ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management • Beeline Vendor Management System • Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, licensing, and technology asset management. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately and independently. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Competitive Consultant hourly rate range based on experience and education of approximately $45 to $55 an hour
