📋 Description

• Driving force behind the development and optimization of commercial processes • Ensuring efficient, scalable and high-quality processes — nationally and internationally • Acting as the interface between operational teams and management • Designing structures and implementing change • Close collaboration with other teams to identify weaknesses and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in process management, project management, or a comparable field • Tech‑savvy with experience implementing new software solutions and working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and ARIS), including configuration • Strong communication skills for successful collaboration • Independent and responsible working style • Analytical and strategic thinking, even in complex projects • Business‑fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
