• Oversee employment litigation matters and provide expert legal guidance on complex workplace disputes • Manage cases independently while collaborating with a team of attorneys • Conduct legal research, draft motions, and represent clients in employment law proceedings
• Demonstrated expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including handling workplace disputes and advising clients • Four + years of experience in Employment Litigation, including managing cases and representing clients in legal proceedings • Proficiency in legal research and analysis to support case strategy • Strong skills in writing and filing motions and other legal documentation • Active bar membership in good standing • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal cases, including high-value claims • CA Bar license mandatory; NY Bar license is a plus
