📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into well-architected FSC solutions using Salesforce OOB features • Lead technical design sessions and drive the implementation of FSC solutions including Omnistudio, Flow Orchestrator, and integrations • Design and configure FSC data models, ARC, Life Events, Action Plans, Person/Household account models • Manage Salesforce configurations: workflows, flows, validations, permission sets, profiles, security models • Develop custom components using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors • Implement and oversee REST/SOAP API integrations and metadata APIs for deployment • Guide technical team members, mentor junior developers, and manage project deliverables • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder engagement • Ensure compliance, scalability, and performance of implemented solutions • Support release cycles using CI/CD and DevOps practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 to 12 years overall technology experience • At least 4 years in Salesforce FSC • Mandatory certifications: FSC Certification, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant, Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce App Builder and Admin • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (Tooling, Metadata, Bulk) • Experience with FSC common elements (ARC, Life Events, Action Plans) • Deep understanding of FSC data model, household/person account structures • Omnistudio expertise: Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and data model principles • Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Salesforce configuration, and data modeling • Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations • CI/CD and Agile delivery familiarity • SAFe knowledge preferred • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
