📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development using LWC, Apex, Flows, and integration APIs • Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with best practices and internal standards • Design and implement complex business logic and integrations across Salesforce and Prudential’s technology ecosystem • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery environments to ensure smooth and continuous delivery • Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards • Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence across the team • Contribute to architecture discussions involving high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience • Proven hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex (Triggers, Batch, Async Apex), Flows, and REST APIs • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales Cloud a plus) • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, GitHub, and Jenkins • Good understanding of AWS services (S3, EC2, Kinesis, IAM) and integration mechanisms • Solid grasp of security standards (OAuth, SAML, SSL) and enterprise-grade authentication • Strong grounding in Domain Driven Design (DDD) and software architecture principles • Salesforce and AWS certifications — mandatory • Financial / Insurance domain experience — mandatory • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies • Experience with Vlocity / Omnistudio is a plus
