📋 Description

• Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud • Establish technical best practices, design patterns, and architecture guidance • Lead a team through multi-sprint implementation cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years Salesforce experience, with minimum 2 years in a Tech Lead role • Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules • Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs • Skilled in managing deployments with Git and CI/CD tools like Copado • Ability to lead a team in an Agile setting (Scrum) • Experience reviewing technical designs and refactoring legacy code • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I • Preferred: Platform Developer II, Application Architect
