📋 Description

• Gather and evaluate user or business requirements in collaboration with product team, marketing, and developers • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) • Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, elements, menus, tabs and widgets • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images • Works closely with Frontend team for interactions & micro-interactions of a website and ensure that UI & layout is following the mock-ups • Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces • Collaborating effectively with product, developers, and other stakeholders • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience • Review website and app products to assure that user flow is followed and Ul elements are correctly implemented of designs before and after launch • Works closely with Front-end team for interactions & micro-interactions of a website and ensure that UI & layout is following the mock-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role • Portfolio of design projects • Proficiency in Figma is a must • Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders • Good time-management skills • Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a plus
