📋 Description

• Ensure uninterrupted software and material availability to support the program. • Place and manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and expedite critical deliveries. • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Program Management, Subcontracting, and Suppliers to resolve delivery delays and schedule risks. • Maintain accurate planning parameters, lead times, and order status within. • Support government contract requirements, including DPAS-rated orders and ITAR compliance. • Communicate supply chain risks, mitigation plans, and status to stakeholders and leadership. • Drive on-time delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives. • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships. • Cross reference alternate manufacturer part numbers. • Create, submit, and track Purchase Orders (POs) through delivery. • Manage license cadence and support financial model forecasting. • Identify and support qualifying new suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting DOW procurements environments • Bachelor's degree in relatable field or business/technology, or associate’s degree with additional relatable years of experience • U. S. Citizenship is required • Must be willing and able to obtain a US Government security clearance and pass a pre-employment drug screen
